THE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the FALL 2025 Semester for the EVENING – Full Stack Developer (FSD-14) September 2 - December 15th, 2025_Monday-Friday (16:00-18:00 and 18:30-21:30).

TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12) 
COURSE: 420-JC4-AB*
TITLE: Data Structures & Algorithms
HOURS: 60
SECTION(S): one (1) 

For Computer Science (420) Full Stack Developer:

•    Bachelor’s or equivalent* degree in Computer Science or a related field; 
•    Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industrial experience PREFERRED; 
•    Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED; 
•    Excellent English communication skills REQUIRED; 
•    Some testing may be REQUIRED. 
•    Bilingualism (English/French) and ability to teach in French are preferred, as in the context of Bill 96 and the changes to the Charte de la langue française, if there is a need, the candidate
     must be willing and able to teach in French.

*    Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems

*In addition to above:

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR COURSES:

 420-JC3-AB Data Structures and Algorithms; 
- Knowledge of JAVA required

N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.

Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC. Education superior to the stated minimum requirement may be substituted for professional/industrial experience at the discretion of the selection committee.
